Our event security team consists of former police officers and soldiers with a combined hundred years of service, mostly in tactical units. They know how to dress for the occasion, treat your guests properly and handle a crisis calmly — and firmly when necessary.

What events we cover

Corporate parties, celebrations, conferences and other private social events: occasions where security needs to represent you as well as watch the door. We have worked at events with anywhere from fifteen to a hundred guests. We are happy to assess larger events individually.

To be clear about what we do not cover: public events with open admission, such as concerts, festivals, sports fixtures, dances or nightclubs. If the same event is private and invitation-only, however, we routinely provide security. We specialise in events where every guest matters.

Security that fits your event

We adapt our clothing and manner to the event, from uniforms and suits to business casual or discreet everyday clothing that blends in with guests. Your guests should meet pleasant, well-mannered men. Firearms are present only if you expressly request them.

What our team looks after

Before the event, we agree on how to identify guests: badges, a guest list or, if you want minimal interaction between security and guests, our men can learn to recognise guests from photographs. Uninvited people are kept out without guests having to identify themselves.

During the event, we look after the entire venue and everyone’s safety. We resolve conflicts, escort troublesome people out, and watch for other risks such as fire, water or weather. The aim is simple: handle anything you would otherwise call the police about so that you do not need to.

If nothing happens, we have done our job

Security works like insurance. You pay to be prepared, and the best evening is one where you never need it. If you leave feeling our men simply stood there and looked presentable, everything went exactly as it should.

Most of our work goes unseen. We turn away an uninvited visitor before anyone notices. We take an intoxicated guest aside before a scene develops. We check emergency exits before anyone needs them. Many conflicts never arise because people can see who is at the door. If a problem unrelated to security comes up, we help with that too, provided it does not compromise our duties. And if someone feels unwell, every team member has first aid training.

You are paying for what our team can do if needed, not how busy they look. A single fight, injured guest or police car outside the venue can cost more than security, in money, reputation and your guests’ memories of the evening. You look after your guests; we look after everything else.

How many operatives will you need?

There is no fixed ratio of guards to guests. Staffing depends mainly on the size and layout of the venue, the nature of the event, the level of risk and your budget. We always inspect the venue beforehand and tell you honestly what level of security we can provide given your requirements and budget. The decision is then yours.

Getting started

The first consultation is always free, whether or not you choose to work with us. We discuss the event, venue and your expectations, then propose a solution with a price. We work most often in Moravia. For events further away, travel is itemised separately in the quote.

The company is licensed to protect people and property and holds liability insurance with cover exceeding CZK 100 million. Confidentiality about your event comes as standard.
